12th Meetings on the Bridge was held between 7-11 April, 2017 in Istanbul, organized with the supports of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, General Directorate of Cinema, French Institute, Israel Film Fund, Eurimages, Solis Film, Canadian Consulate, Dutch Consulate, Swedish Consulate, ArtIsrael, Romanian Cultural Center, and Mexican Consulate. The event was hosted at Salt, Cezayir, Soho House, and Yapı Kredi Cultural Center.

Within the scope of the 12th Meetings on the Bridge workshops, 20 projects were selected, and awards were presented to selected projects with the sponsorship from CNC, Melodika, Postbıyık, GeniusPark, Mediterranean Film Institute (MFI), Transilvania Pitch Stop, Colorup, Daire Creative, Başka Sinema, and PAZ Communication Agency.
