TICKET SALES

• General sales begin on 27 March, Thursday at 10.30.
• Student ticket capacity will be unlimited for the weekday daytime screenings (11.00, 13.30, 16.00).
• Senior citizens (65+) will receive a 25% discount.
• As per legal regulations, all our screenings are restricted to persons over 18 years of age, unless stated otherwise.
• A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per screening as of 27 March when general sales begin.

PASSO SALES CHANNELS

Tickets will be available on the Passo website (passo.com.tr), Passo Mobil app and Passo retail outlets. You can attend the screenings by presenting your PDF ticket, which is sent to your e-mail address and also stored under the ‘my tickets’ section of your profile page at the Passo website.

ECZACIBAŞI YOUTH TICKET

Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets can be purchased from all Passo counters and passo.com.tr by creating an account. To purchase tickets, ‘eczacibasigencbilet’ must be written in the code field on the campaign screen.

Depending on the quota of each event, a limited number of Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be on sale. Only one Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket can be purchased at a time.

The student status of audiences who present Eczacıbaşı Youth Tickets will be checked at the venue entrances before the events, and viewers whose ID information does not match their Youth Ticket will be directed to the box office to purchase a difference ticket. In order to enter the event, students must show their valid student ID or a formal student document retrieved from E-Devlet (E-Government) for Turkish citizens. Istanbul Card is invalid. Student IDs of students studying abroad are valid. Youth Tickets are personal, non-transferable and nonsaleable. Name and surname must be provided when purchasing a ticket. 

The difference ticket will be the amount between the lowest general sales category and the student ticket. In case of being late to the event due to the waiting time that may occur while purchasing the difference ticket, the responsibility belongs to the audience, and the ticket will not be refunded in any way. Tickets will not be refunded to those who cannot present valid student documents and refuse to buy a difference ticket.

There is no age limit for Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket. Each event has its own age limit for entry. As per legal regulations, all our screenings are restricted to persons over 18 years of age, unless stated otherwise. We kindly ask you to check the age limit before purchasing a ticket.

TULIP CARD HOLDERS

Advance sales for Tulip Card holders are on 24 March for Black, 25 March for White and 26 March for Red Tulip Card members, starting at 10.30 in the morning. Tickets for members will be available during advance sales on Passo sales channels (passo.com.tr, Passo Mobil app and Passo retail outlets).

Black, White and Red Tulip Card members can buy a maximum of 2 (two) tickets, while Red Tulip Card (Single) members are entitled to 1 (one) ticket per screening during the advance sales period, in purchases from Passo sales channels. Tulip Card discount will be applied to these tickets. Requests for more tickets can be met at general sales, which begin on 27 March, Thursday, without Tulip Card discount.

TICKET PRICES

You can purchase your tickets at a better price before the festival begins. Student tickets for the weekday daytime screenings of the festival are not limited in capacity.

*Eczacıbaşı Youth Ticket is not valid for 21.30 screenings.

SENIOR CITIZENS (65+)

Senior citizens (65+) are entitled to a 25% discount on tickets. To benefit, select the relevant category when purchasing tickets. While age verification is not required at the time of purchase, IDs may be checked at the venue entrance. The 65+ discount cannot be combined with Tulip Card discounts.

AUDIENCE WITH DISABILITIES

Audience members with disabilities are entitled to a 50% discount. To benefit, please email your desired screenings and the email address registered in your Passo account to bilet@iksv.org. The ticket team will create a reservation on Passo, and discounted tickets will be available under the ‘My Reservations’ tab. In case tickets are sold out, discounted tickets may not be available.

Lift access to the Atlas 1948 theatre is available via the Yeşilçam Sokak entrance. A section of the front row seating is reserved for wheelchair users. Lift access is available to the Sinematek / Sinema Evi theatre. A section of the front row seating is reserved for wheelchair users. Lift access is available to the Cinewam City’s theatre. A three-seat space in the front row is reserved for wheelchair users. There is no ramp access to the theatre; venue staff will provide assistance. There is no lift access to the Kadıköy Cinema theatre; venue staff will provide assistance. One seat is reserved for a wheelchair user.

İKSV POLICY ON SECOND-HAND TICKET SALES

İKSV is committed to preventing black market activities, ensuring the safety of the audience and that events are fairly accessible.

You may resell regular, discount or promotional tickets you have purchased for İKSV events only for the ticket price you have purchased, in good faith.

We would like to publicly announce that we will initiate legal proceedings against those who carry out second-hand sales for profit, especially in line with the complaints we have received about the resale of student tickets with higher prices.

Ticket sales above the prices set by İKSV will not be tolerated.

You can notify us about attempts for unfair gain by second-hand ticket sales and support us in the steps we take to prevent black market activities.
