Mostly taking portraits and performance photos, photographer Muhsin Akgün’s work has been published in national and international newspapers and magazines including Radikal, Milliyet, Hürriyet, The New York Times, The Guardian, and Irish Times, Le Monde. For Istanbul Film Festival’s special project, Akgün has captured the portraits of new generation actors and actresses taking part in the films in the National Competition and Out of Competition sections of the festival programme.
