The 11th Meetings on the Bridge was held between 8-14 April, 2016, with the supports of the Meetings on the Bridge sponsor Anadolu Efes, the EU-supported Creative Europe Media, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye, the Swedish Consulate, Eurimages, the Romanian Cultural Institute, the Norwegian Embassy, the Polish Consulate General, the Dutch Consulate, and the Mexican Consulate. The event was hosted at Salt, Cezayir, Aynalı Geçit, and Soho House.

Within the scope of the 11th Meetings on the Bridge workshops, 15 projects were selected, and awards were presented to the selected projects with sponsorship from Anadolu Efes, Melodika, the Mediterranean Film Institute (MFI), Digiflame, and Başka Sinema.
