Born in 1962 in Istanbul, Bulut Reyhanoğlu worked in the textile industry for nearly 30 years after completing his business education. His career in the film industry started with the feature film Zenne (Caner Alper, Mehmet Binay) in 2011. He is among the producers of the films Drawers (Caner Alper, Mehmet Binay, 2015), Announcement (Mahmut Fazıl Coşkun, 2018), and Weasel (Orçun Benli, 2020). The films he worked as a producer have received awards at many national and international festivals, including Istanbul and Venice film festivals. In 2021, he produced the contemporary art documentary Crossroads (Mahmut Fazıl Coşkun) as the creative and the main producer, and the feature film Tell Me About Your Darkness (Gizem Kızıl), in which he was the co-producer. He is one of the co-producers of Cinema Jazireh (Gözde Kural). He is the founder of the online short film platform ShortbyShort. He is one of the board members of TÜRSAK, Çorbada Tuzun Olsun Association, and Biriz Solidarity Association. He continues to be active in this field as a consultant
