The 39th Istanbul Film Festival is meeting with the audience again on the festival’s digital platform between 4 and 24 December with the last selection of the year and the Human Rights in Cinema Competition. Held with the support of the Higher Contributing Theme Sponsor Zorlu Holding, An Equal Life: December Selection will show 21 new films. 10 films in the selection will compete in the Human Rights in Cinema Competition supported by the European Union Delegation of Turkey.

All 21 films in the selection to be screened on filmonline.iksv.org are making their Turkey premieres. This latest selection of 2020 brings together films that focus on equality, diversity, sharing and dialogue, and includes films to be shown as part of the festival's Human Rights in Cinema section. An Equal Life: December Selection is supported within the scope of Zorlu Holding's "An Equal Life" campaign for gender equality with a focus on diversity and inclusivity.
