Meetings on the Bridge, in collaboration with the İKSV Young Artist Fund - International Mobility Support Program and Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, is delighted to announce the "Breaking into the Industry: Mentorship Program for Aspiring Producers Award." This prestigious program, set to take place during the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in November 2026, will support emerging producers in establishing themselves within the industry.
Producers aged 18 to 40 residing in Türkiye can apply for this program by submitting a letter of intent. One selected producer will receive an award for participation in the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, providing a valuable opportunity to build international connections and gain a solid entry into the industry. The award also covers round-trip airfare, accommodation, and festival accreditation.
This workshop is designed for young professionals at a turning point in their careers, preferably with 1 to 5 years of experience in the production department. It is open to independent producers as well as those still working in a large company or on set (in positions such as junior producer, production assistant, line producer, or assistant director) who are eager to tell their own stories and make their voices heard. Professionals who have previously worked in other areas of the film industry (such as actors, directors, or cinematographers) but wish to transition into producing, as well as producer-director teams, are also welcome to apply. Residents of Türkiye between the ages of 18-40 can apply for this program.
