A wealthy family is preparing for a dinner party at their house in the Welsh mountains. The family must impress their guests as what is at stake is a business deal to mine the surrounding countryside. However, the waitress for the night, Cadi, has some other plans for the family. Filmed in Welsh language and set in the beautiful landscapes of Snowdonia in northwestern Wales, BAFTA Award-winning director Lee Haven Jones's film experiments with folk horror genre conventions to produce a disturbing eco-critique of capitalist greed and corporate globalism.
