Single mom Sylvie and her boys adore each other, but when one son is injured after she leaves them home alone to go to work, the younger boy is placed into foster care. Sylvie is determined to fight the administrative and legal battle to get her son back. Morally ambiguous as it juggles in an emotional and rational playground, All To Play For is Delphine Deloget’s first film which was presented at Cannes in the Un Certain Regard selection. All To Play For was especially praised for the powerful performance of Virginie Efira, who was one of the leads in L’Amour et les Forêts / Just the Two of Us.
This film is screened with the kind contribution of Institut Français.
This film was a Meetings on the Bridge participant.
