A funny and charming tale of one man juggling four very different mothers and his burgeoning career over a chaotic weekend. Four Mothers follows Edward, a novelist saddled with caring for his elderly mother, who finally finds himself on the brink of literary success. With pressure to go on a book tour mounting, the last thing Edward needs is his friends jetting off for an impromptu holiday, leaving their mothers on his doorstep! Now he has to take care of four eccentric, combative, and wildly different ladies. Heart-warming, funny, and emotionally charged, Four Mothers is directed by Darren Thornton, written by Darren Thornton and Colin Thornton, inspired by personal experiences with their own mother, Trish. Four Mothers is adapted from Gianni Di Gregorio’s 2008 film Mid-August Lunch.
