Three old acquaintances debate different interpretations of the Koran, Christian sects, their lives, and life after death in a tiny, cramped neighbourhood barber shop. ’The Knights’ Templar is above all a film of "confusion". It is a narrative of the "human condition" in which incoherent, unbalanced and contradictory claims, sentences and even beliefs compete or are competed, and in which ideas and language are inadequate or incomplete.’ – Arda Ekşigil
