One of contemporary cinema’s most nuanced and evocative performers, Anders Danielsen Lie—who famously balances his acclaimed acting career with his life as a practicing physician—joins us for a special Festival Talk. In conjunction with the screening of his latest film, Everybody Digs Bill Evans, this session invites the audience into the interior world of an actor known for redefining the boundaries of modern screen acting. From his groundbreaking collaborations with Joachim Trier in the "Oslo Trilogy" to the challenges of portraying a jazz legend, Lie will discuss his artistic process and the singular perspective he maintains.

Anders Danielsen Lie will attend the 10 April 16.00 screening of Everybody Digs Bill Evans at Kadıköy Movie Theatre followed by a Q&A session. The other screenings of the film are on 9 April 16.00 Atlas and 19 April 21.30 Cinewam City’s 3.
