When their plan to book a show at the Rivoli in Toronto goes horribly wrong, Matt and Jay invent a time machine and accidentally travel back to the year 2008. Matt is also the director of BlackBerry, Operation Avalanche and The Dirties, Jay is a composer of film scores –– Matt Johnson and Jay McCarrol are the minds behind the web series and sitcom Nirvanna the Band the Show. This hyperactive, guerilla-type, funny buddy comedy full of pranks, endless pop culture references, premiered at Toronto.
