A spring vacation that is supposed to be carefree, but full of anxiety for Sana, a single mother, who tries to spare her twins from all the harm and negativity in their lives... When all her plans fall through Sana decides to stay with the children in a luxury villa on the Riviera, owned by Sana’s former in-laws. Without telling anyone. Six days of sunshine that mark the end of innocence. Inspired directly from his own childhood vacation, writer-director Joachim Lafosse says he decided to tell this story ‘because, I wanted to step back from tragedy, and to film tenderness. Of course, there is gravity in this story, but it is also full of sweetness. I wanted to film the whole range emotions the three of us felt hidden away in that villa.’

This film was a Meetings on the Bridge participant.
